LIC ADO Recruitment 2023 Notification Details in Hindi

Life Insurance Corporation of India (Lic) ने 9394  Apprentice Development Officer पदों पर Notification जारी किया है. LIC ADO 2023 आवेदन की यह प्रक्रिया 21 जनवरी 2023 से शुरू हुई है और इसका last Apply आवेदन की तिथि 10 फरवरी 2023 है. आप LIC ADO 2023 Apply Form Official Website या नीचे दिए गए Direct link के माध्यम से Online Form Apply कर सकते है.

LIC ADO Job Profile 2023

जो उम्मीदवार को बिमा अभिकर्ता के रूप में योग्य व्यक्ति का चयन करना और उनको प्रशिक्षित करना होगा. जो बिमा अभिकर्ता उनके टीम में होंगे उन्हें अधिकतम व्यक्तिओं को बिमा बेचने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना और बिमा बेचनेमें मदद करना होगा. LIC Apprentice Development Officer को ग्राहकों को बिमा बिक्री के बाद तुरंत सेवा देना होगा.

LIC ADO Salary

• Apprentice Development Officer के रूप में नियुक्त होने पर उनका मूल वेतन 21,865 / – प्रति माह होग.
• उन्हें अगले दो वर्षों के लिए – 1340 / – का वार्षिक वेतन वृद्धि होगी जो की कुल मूल वेतन – 24545 / – होगा.
• इसके बाद, अगले दो वर्षों के लिए – 1580 / – की वार्षिक वृद्धि होगीजो की कुल मूल वेतन- 27705 / – होगा.
• फिर अगले 17 वर्षों के लिए – 1610 / – का वार्षिक वेतन वृद्धि होगी जो की17 वर्षों के अंत में मूल वेतन 55075 / – होगा.
• Basic Pay के अलावा, LIC ADO वेतन में विभिन्न भत्ते और अन्य लाभ भी शामिल होंगे जो की महंगाई भत्ते, मकान किराया भत्ते और शहर के भत्ते (शहर के वर्गीकरण पर निर्भर करता है) के रूप में मिलेगा.

Note: LIC ADO को Class A ’क्लास सिटी (LIC ADO वेतन – अनुमानित राशि) में / 37,345 / – प्रति माह का भुगतान किया जाएगा .

LIC ADO 2023 Syllabus and Exam Pattern

LIC ADO जिसे LIC सहायक प्रशासनिक अधिकारी के रूप में जाना जाता है, बीमा क्षेत्र में एक फील्ड जॉब है.LIC (भारतीय जीवन बीमा निगम) अपने कार्यालयों में ADO के लिए रिक्त पदों को भरने के लिए LIC ADO नाम से एक परीक्षा आयोजित करता है. जो भी प्रतियोगी छात्र इस LIC ADO Exam 2023 में सम्मलित हो रहे तो उन्हें LIC ADO Syllabus और Exam Pattern की जानकारी अवश्य होनी चाहिए.

चयन प्रक्रिया (Selcetion Process):-

Online Test के आधार पर चयन किया जायेगा और इसके बाद जो भी उम्मीदवार ऑनलाइन टेस्ट में सफल होने उन्हें आगे Interview साक्षात्कार (Interview )के बुलया जायेगा और सबसे अंत में Qualified Candidates को Pre-Recruitment Medical Exam Qualify करना पड़ता है.

ओपन मार्किट श्रेणी से LIC Apprentice Development Officer का चयन दो चरणों की परीक्षा के माध्यम से किया जायेगा.

चरण -1: प्रारंभिक परीक्षा (Preliminary Exam):-

प्रारंभिक परीक्षा Online Test के रूप में लिया जायेगा जिसमे Objective Type के Questions पूछे जायेंगे. परीक्षा में तीन खंड होंगे जो की नीचे दिए गए है.

नोट: प्रत्येक खंड के लिए आलग-अलग समय होगा.

• English Language Test Qualifying Nature की होगी और English Language के अंकों को Ranking के लिए नहीं गिना जाएगा.
• प्रत्येक श्रेणी में Number of Vacancies के 20 गुना के बराबर उम्मीदवार, उपलब्धता के अधीन, मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए शॉर्टलिस्ट किए जाएंगे.

चरण- 2: मुख्य परीक्षा (Main Examination): –

• मुख्य परीक्षा Online Objective Test के रूप में लिया जायेगा और यह पुरे 150 अंको का होगा.

चरण -3: Online Test for Agents and Employee Category: –

• Agentsऔर Employee से Apprentice Development Officer का Selection Single Phase Mains Exams के माध्यम से किया जाएगा.
• Mains Exam Objective Online  Test लिया जायेगा और  यह 150 अंकों का होगा.
